If you are having having technical issues, please follow these instructions:

• Re-read the instructions carefully. Maybe ask someone around you if he/she can help.

• If you are having an issue with the Dropbox submission link, you can submit work via email to Dr. Amy Jones at [email protected].

• TV ANCHORS – If your files are too big for Dropbox, you should upload them to YouTube, and then send the link through Dropbox. If this does not work or you do not have access to a YouTube account, refer to the last two bullet points on this page.
   

• Use our live chat if you are having any issues with software, downloading content, or need any kind of assistance, or text (217)-419-9922. Help will respond as soon as we have a solution.
